Learn the workflow from your first website profile to a published result. Each guide explains what to prepare, what to do and how to check the outcome.

Follow the promotion workflow.

Build an accurate promotion pack: product descriptions, audience, contact details and images that you can adapt for each publishing platform.

Use your website profile, platform requirements and publishing constraints to choose a suitable opportunity before starting a submission.

Outcome: The chosen opportunity is marked Added for the correct website, and its task opens from Plan or Start submitting. You know what to prepare and which requirements remain uncertain. There is no published result yet: publication must be confirmed separately.

Turn saved website facts into destination-specific fields, review the draft and images, then complete the platform’s submission process.

Outcome: The current content is reviewed and confirmed, the destination form contains the intended values, and the real submission outcome is recorded for the correct website. A published result has a confirmed live page URL; a pending review does not.

Record real submission progress, keep dated follow-up notes and save the confirmed published page for monitoring.

Outcome: The task has an accurate state, dates and useful follow-up notes. A Live record includes the correct public result URL; a pending or rejected submission keeps its actual outcome. The saved follow-up is visible in the record history.

Inspect the published page, target link and indexability separately, then use evidence to decide whether to recheck, verify manually or resolve a follow-up.

Outcome: You can explain the latest page, link and indexability results, including uncertainty. Any manual verification has a suitable monitoring policy, and any resolved follow-up has an actual action behind it. A newer check or recorded note provides the evidence for your decision.

Bring links acquired outside Submora into your monitoring workspace. Preview errors and duplicates before importing, then inspect each published page.

Outcome: Valid new links appear under Independent backlinks in Backlink management. The import reports saved and skipped counts. New links await their first automated or manual check; they are not presented as verified solely because they were imported.
