Refund Policy

Understand cancellation, the 30-day first-payment refund request period, and payment-provider processing before you subscribe.

Last updated:August 28, 2026

Subscription billing

Paid Submora plans renew according to the billing period and price shown at purchase. You may cancel before the next billing date to stop future renewal.

30-day first-payment refund requests

If the product does not meet your expectations, contact support within 30 days of your first payment. We will review the request together with relevant account usage and process approved refunds through the original payment provider.

Cases that may not qualify

Apparent abuse, substantial use of platform or submission quotas, policy violations, repeated refund requests, or requests outside the stated period may not qualify.

A third-party platform declining a submission or not producing expected rankings or traffic does not by itself create an automatic right to a refund.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund a completed billing period. Unless otherwise stated, access continues through the current paid period.

Payment providers and processing time

Paddle.com or Creem.io, as shown at checkout, is the Merchant of Record and processes approved refunds. Refunds return to the original payment method; timing depends on the payment method, provider, and card issuer.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your account email, payment date, and reason for the request, or open your original payment provider’s customer portal from the Billing page. Do not send a full card number or password by email.
