Prepare platform-specific content and publish with assistance
Turn saved website facts into destination-specific fields, review the draft and images, then complete the platform’s submission process.

Before you begin
Save accurate website materials and add a suitable opportunity to your plan. Keep the destination account and required images ready. Content preparation, form filling and final publication are separate actions.
Open the right submission workspace
Open the task from Plan or Start submitting in Curated opportunities. Check the website and destination. Read Before you submit, Step-by-step guide and any Notes before opening the external form. If detailed guidance is not recorded, inspect the destination’s current form rather than assuming no requirements exist.
Prepare destination-specific fields
In Content, click Prepare submission content. The panel prepares fields for this destination using your saved website details. Read the source labels: From saved details, AI adapted or Matched; review required. AI adaptation depends on configuration; a result built from saved facts is not necessarily an AI rewrite. Generate another version prepares an alternative, which must also be reviewed.
Review each field before confirming
Check names, URLs, contact details, required selections, factual claims, tone and any displayed length or format constraints. Edit the prepared values where needed. A directory pitch should describe the product clearly; an article needs useful substance, and a community contribution must fit the conversation. Do not add unsupported customers, pricing or performance claims just to make the draft more persuasive.
Choose images for this destination
Review the images selected for each image field. Use Change images or create adapted versions to choose suitable assets and inspect their previews. Check the destination’s purpose, dimensions, file type and image count. If no matching image is found, choose an appropriate asset instead of substituting a logo for a screenshot. Optional fields can be left without an image when the destination permits it.
Confirm the draft and fill the form
Click Confirm this version after reviewing the fields and images. This confirms the prepared content, not publication. Open destination and copy individual fields or use Copy all. Where offered, use the installed Submora Fill helper; its installation instructions are in Settings. Inspect the actual form after filling: rich text, image uploads, login, CAPTCHA and final submission may still require manual work. If you change or regenerate content, confirm the current version and use the current helper content.
Submit on the destination and record the outcome
Review the destination form one last time and complete its submission process. Record submission in the task only after the attempt has occurred, keeping confirmation information and any review notes. If the result is awaiting approval, keep it pending; save the live page URL when publication is confirmed. Automatic publishing is a separate supported workflow and is not implied by generating or filling fields in this task.

The current content is reviewed and confirmed, the destination form contains the intended values, and the real submission outcome is recorded for the correct website. A published result has a confirmed live page URL; a pending review does not.

Common questions
Why is the draft using saved facts instead of AI adaptation?
The panel distinguishes AI-adapted output from content generated from saved website facts. AI adaptation depends on configuration. Check the source labels and review the output in either case.
What if a required field is blank or inaccurate?
Correct the field before submitting. If the underlying website facts are wrong, use Review promotion materials to correct them. Inspect regenerated content again; never invent missing contact details or product claims.
What if generation fails?
Read the displayed error and check the promotion materials. You can still prepare content manually using the destination guide and saved facts. For repeated failures, contact support with the destination and the visible error, without sharing credentials.
Does Confirm this version submit my content?
No. It confirms the prepared draft. You must still complete the supported submission workflow and record the actual outcome.
What if the fill helper does not work?
Use individual copy buttons or Copy all and fill the form manually. Where offered, the destination-specific fallback helper is another option. Login, CAPTCHA, complex editors, images and the final submit action may need manual handling.
What if an image is missing or unsuitable?
Use Choose images or Change images or create adapted versions. Check the preview and destination specifications. A required image must be prepared before submission; omit an optional image only when allowed.
Can I use the same text on every platform?
Reuse accurate source facts, but adapt the format, tone and contribution to the destination. An article, a launch listing and a community reply have different purposes.
Will assistance guarantee publication or indexing?
No. The destination controls acceptance and publication, and search engines control indexing. Keep the real status and confirmation evidence with your record.
